My water connection line was leaking under my basement crawlspace and was starting to leak into the basement. I called Quality First and they sent someone out that day to check out the situation. The plumber confirmed that it was indeed the water line causing the problem. He informed me the front yard would have to excavated in order to replace the old pipe and recommended an excavation service (Valley Bobcat Services) to get the job done. Within two days we had the front yard dug up, pipe replaced and everything put back together. The actual work took one day and since it wasn’t yet fully ruptured we delayed a day to make sure everything was in place, otherwise it they would have been able to make it happen next day. I was amazed at how well the entire operation went. Everyone worked together to get the job done in as timely and professional a manner as possible. I owe Craig and his crew at Quality First a big thank you for their impressive service and would recommend their company to anyone seeking professional service at what I thought was a more than reasonable rate.
